Last reviewed 2 June 2026. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect through this website
If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, organisation if you give one, and whatever you write in the message box. That is the only personal data this site asks for. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no session tracking.
Why we hold it
To answer you, and to keep a record of technical discussions that may become part of a contract. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for business enquiries, and contract performance once we are working together.
How long
Enquiry records are deleted after two years unless they relate to an active or completed contract, in which case they are retained for the life of the programme plus seven years, because aerospace records outlive most of the people who wrote them.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and our email provider as a data processor. We do not pass enquiry data to third parties for marketing. Where a programme requires it, personal data may be shared with a customer or national authority for security clearance purposes, and we will tell you before that happens.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one calendar month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all.
There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The pages are static files. Fonts and icon styles are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which will see your IP address as part of serving those files, in the same way any request for a file does.
If we ever add analytics, this section will change before the script does, and there will be a banner that defaults to off.
Website terms
Short version: the technical figures on this site are indicative, and a datasheet under a signed agreement is the thing you should design against.
Accuracy
Performance figures, lead times and specifications published here are typical values for the configurations described. They are not a warranty, an offer or a substitute for an interface control document. Product specifications change; released datasheets carry an issue number and this website does not.

Our business and supply chain
Fisker Aerospace employs 1,240 people directly across six sites in the United Kingdom. We hold 214 active suppliers, of whom 52 per cent are UK based. Our highest-risk categories are raw metal, electronic components and contract labour, principally because of the length of those supply chains rather than anything specific we have found.
What we do about it
- Supplier approval requires a completed modern slavery declaration and, above £250,000 of annual spend, an on-site audit within the first two years.
- Agency labour is engaged only through suppliers on our approved list, with right-to-work and pay checks sampled quarterly.
- All purchasing and HR staff complete annual training; 100 per cent completion in the year covered.
- An independent reporting line is available to staff, agency workers and suppliers, with reports going to the board.
What we found
Two concerns were raised in the year, both relating to working hours at a second-tier component supplier. One was resolved through corrective action and re-audit; the other supplier was removed from the approved list in January 2026. We do not consider our due diligence sufficient below tier two and are working on it.
Accessibility statement
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. It mostly does, and where it does not, this is what we know about.
What works
- All content is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link.
- Text contrast meets AA at every size used, including the lighter grey annotation text.
- Motion respects the operating system's reduce-motion setting; animations stop entirely rather than shortening.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- The site works without JavaScript, apart from the search overlay and the enquiry form's inline validation.
Known problems
- Specification tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens, which is awkward with a screen magnifier.
- The rotating highlight on the home page has no pause control, though it stops if reduce-motion is set.
